Project Manager, Oncology Research

Main focus includes coordination of hematology oncology trials within Multiple Myeloma, Smoldering Multiple Myeloma, Amyloidosis, CAR-T, Lymphoma, and Leukemia • Lead protocol management and administrative tasks from study start-up to closeout for phase 1-4 industry-sponsored and investigator-initiated trials • Accomplish project goals, such as study activation and client requests, in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards • Serve as primary contact for sponsor • Communicate with Investigators, IRB, sponsor, and study personnel for successful trial management • Ensure sites are equipped with materials necessary for trial implementation • Manage training and delegation requirements and assist with regulatory document management • Compile and report project data for internal and external stakeholders • Develop and present protocol training materials • Mentor and train junior research staff on study procedures and best practices while adhering to the protocol • Manage patient recruitment efforts by performing patient eligibility assessments and coordinate patient assignments with clinical research team • Serve as Unit-Based Council Chair to contribute to departmental process improvements
