Job Description :• Responsible for ensuring all incoming invoices, expense claims and advances and other documents related to Account Payable• Prepare weekly payment run correctly, accurately and in a timely manner• Review document for amount, approval and tax withholding before process payment• Handling transaction outside of conventional banks (credit card)• Reconcile bank and tax accounts, and make adjustment journals during monthly closing for accurate financial reporting• Input journal entries all expenses on ERP System (Odoo)• Tracking, analyzing and reviewing General Ledger• Coordinating and internal control that records stock flow in the Odoo System with the procurement team and warehouse team• Support inventory stock opname• Analyze transactions that will be sent for loan application and estimate the calculation• Assist the Finance Supervisor controlling and monitor budget line items on a monthly basis
