- Communicating and implementing human resource policies and strategies for talent acquisition and talent mobility (recruiting Fresh Graduates/Staffs level up to Managers).- Carry out end-to-end talent acquisitions process (Sourcing - Screening - Interviewing - Create the Offering - Coordinating the Psychological Test and or Medical Check Up Step - Coordinating new joiners file administration - Onboarding)- Analyze requests for additional employees every year in accordance with Manpower Planning Analysis and provide input to related Divisions- Establishing cooperation with third parties regarding advertising (online and print media), psychological consulting bureaus, health clinics, outsourcing companies related to the recruitment of outsourced personnel and other third parties- Conduct negotiations with prospective employees (offering letter), third parties related to cooperation and provide reports on the results of negotiations to the General Manager of Human Capital for approval.- Monitor employee Placement & Evaluation function
