• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations. • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts • Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period. • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis. • Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.• Work closely with the General Manager to prospect, pitch & close new business• Oversee existing marketing campaigns to grow key accounts• Deliver ongoing market analysis and assessment of competitors• Retain accounts through the development of strong relationships with key decision makers involved in the technical presales phrase and in the high-level architecture for the technical offers in public bids• Prepare the financial part of public bids – business plans, cash-flows etc• Manage (create & renew) partnerships with software & hardware vendors: Cisco, IBM, HP, Fujitsu, Oracle, Microsoft, Huawei etc.

• Maximizing sales opportunities. • Involved in the development of marketing strategies for the company. • Holding weekly meetings and setting sales targets for individual reps and the whole team. • Organizing and operating incentive schemes to keep sales people motivated. • Involved in the recruitment and training process of new staff. • Allocating territories for sales staff• Compiling and analysing sales and performance reports for senior managers and executives. • Assisting in the collection of overdue invoices from clients. • Conducting market research and competitor analysis. • Spending time in the field liaising with major customers on technical points of contact. • Market prospect - constantly looking for new fleet customers;• Constantly taking care of current important customers;• Stock administration;• Obtaining and keeping the ISO 9001 standard;• Creating and administration a budget of incomes and expenses;• Constantly checking the customers' satisfaction.
