- Confirms accuracy and integrity of all data entered, maintains data in HRIS systems and databases and assures information is available on a timely basis- Delivers routine daily/weekly/monthly reporting and responds to basic to intermediate ad hoc data requests- Prepares reports, graphs, charts and statistics in support of human resources operations- Conduct & Participates in special projects with staff as directed exp. Improvement project- Coordinates, schedules and tracks progress of specialized work projects or departmental functions- Manage HR Portal

Responsibility:- Create, manage and implement recruitment strategies in order to provide man power- Deliver best candidates to user, recruitment complaince and fairness- Creating database, talent pool and mass recruitment- Interlace coorperation with related parties (owner and sub-contractor)

- Design, develop and implements a people development program for fresh graduate trainee- Arrange schedule and organize staff development training programs (Scheduling, registry, contact the vendor untill payment)- Design and implement training evaluation (Reaction, Learning, Behaviour and Result)- Conduct a sharing session program monthly (Padang Karunia Sharing Session)- Intertwine in a joint collaboration with the campus scholarship
