Managed a cross functional team of 20-25 in local markets that was a combination of S&O, Operations, Sales and Marketing. The result was building and executing a decentralized local market management operating model that increased DoorDash market share in targeted markets by an average of 3x over 18 months. Additionally, expanded DoorDash coverage of the US population from 87% to 95% by launching DoorDash in rural towns with less than 5K people with innovating dasher marketing and incentives to attract and retain local dashers and challenging assumptions on minimum viable Mx selection required to grow a market
