Leading the Asset & Configuration Management Team in EMEA.Design & generate MIS reports & metrics to meet the Financial, SLA, Operational and procedural reporting requirements.Setting up and deployment of Asset Management Processes.Plays an important role in communicating Asset & Configuration Management process requirements to all the line of services on the account.Perform RCA and provide direction and solutions to the team in resolving and fixing critical issues important for d2d operations.Responsible to organize meetings with internal stakeholders across the functions to review the Data Control strategy for continual service improvement.Responsible for collection of data, normalization & standardization.Data mining & Analysis from various sources – Electronic inventory, HR Data, Local inventory.Generating progress metrics reports showcasing detailed work progress.Active participation as an Approver from Asset & Configuration Management, for all the Future changes re-presented before the Client for Approval.Ensure all the CI’s has agreed and required relationships (as Parent or child) to enable the Full-View of the inter-relationship and dependencies with other CI’s to facilitate the impact analysis.Performs configuration audits to check that the physical IT inventory is consistent with the CMDB and initiates any necessary corrective action.Overseeing Team performance; tasks / responsibilities to ensure timely delivery of services.Ensuring the quality, timeliness and accuracy of the services delivered to the client as per the agreement.

Deployment of all the Global Asset Management Processes to ensure accuracy of Asset repository.Managing the team and representing Asset Management in the review calls with CSC Management and Clients.Ensuring proper recording to Assets in the repository to meet the billing requirements.Managing Refresh Projects from Asset Management perspective.Preparing Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS reports in MS-Excel and MS-Access.Scheduling daily, weekly review calls with on-shore Service Executives, Country Managers and on-site field service engineers to resolve ongoing issues.Training the On-shore Queue Managers for the major Asset Lifecycle Management processes.Interface with the other CSC Product Lines supporting the account to ensure asset management processes are followed so that assets data and information are updated to the Asset Management team in a timely manner. Track and record every asset inventory management data capture form, for assets managed by CSC, for the client.Assist periodically with the co-ordination and generation of the asset management Cycle Count status and reports for the CSC Management.

Supports the full Life Cycle Management process of Hardware Asset's.
