- Lead the constructing and growth of TransGroup’s Domestic Operation, overlooking all domestic transportation throughout the United States, Mexico and Canada. - Oversaw multiple key company initiatives including the implementation of a new internal TMS system, adaptation of a new management platform, re-branding of all key marketing elements for the Domestic Transportation sector. - Lead the organization of the company’s new sales, carrier sales and management teams.- Worked directly with our Regional Sales Managers on the tactical execution of the sales strategy in their geographic area- Create SOP’s for all new customers as well as customer integration. - ​Maintained and build strong relationships and grow volume and margin with our current customers.
