LAMU is a foodtech startup developing a universal industrial process to reduce sugar in natural beverages, and to provide food and beverage manufacturers the freedom to choose the amount of sugar in their products.

O.Vine is a gourmet, alcohol-free wine grape essence water.The beverage is produced through unique reuse of wine grape skin and seeds from the wine-making process, all from certified sustainable vineyards.It is made from pure spring water and contains the natural ingredients of wine, including its rich aroma and famous benefits, without the alcohol.

Improvement of spread production processes, development of natural product stability solutions, creation of nutrition facts labels, work with Israeli standards.

An R&D project- from food product idea to clinical trial, a collaboration with doctors from "Rambam- health care campus".The project includes planning and assembly of the product, research, international orders, development of a mathematical method to facilitate recipe development, use and characterization of an encapsulated system of nutraceuticals, expense minimization.
