My career began with 6 years of military service in the IDF. During my service I became an officer and was given command of a Special Forces unit. After my honorable discharge from the military, I gained further valuable and diverse managerial experience working at the Prime Minister's Office. Between 2002 – 2020, I held several managerial positions and expanded my expertise to international operations and business, while becoming an expert at complex project management.During my tenure at the Prime Minister's Office, I also gained extensive field experience while managing teams to ensure goals are met and potential is realized, even in the most uncertain of business environments. In 2020 I became VP of Sales & Marketing at Smart Park and few months after I held the CEO position. Smart Park is an Israeli company with global representation that provides the most advanced and reliable technology in the Robotic Parking industry, including planning, installation, and maintenance of advanced car storage logistic solutions.Choosing to expand on my international business and managerial expertise, I set out to lead Smart Park in meeting its long-term strategic goals and growth potential, while looking ahead at tomorrow's ever-changing business challenges. On a personal note, I am always ready to learn new things, meet new people, and grab new opportunities. I bring to the table proficient management capabilities, as well as excellent communications, trustworthiness, leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with a strong focus on customer and employee satisfaction.I hold a B.A and M.A in Political Science from Haifa University and an Executive MBA from Ben Gurion University.
