Responsibilities:Overall- Assisting Head of Retail Department to supervise most outlets in Selangor Area. -Experienced in Retail Chain Store Management System.-Track, monitor and develop strategy that improves company performance through Key Performance Indicator (KPI).- Supervising different concept store include Apple Shop, Huawei Shop, Xiaomi Shop, HP Shop & Aeon Shop.Marketing & Business Development- Assist in organizing, preparation and strategies for Roadshow, Canopy Sales & Clearance sales, Product Launching, New outlet Launching for outlets.- To handle process of Shop Renovation, coordinate between suppliers and contractors.- To handle activities & cases with Mall Management.- To implement, develop and execute marketing strategies.Operations- Assure retail operation running smoothly, from Inventory Management to Human Resource Management.- Assure showroom merchandising meet company requirement & display updated promotion POP or POSM.- Act as a management coordinator between HQ and retails.
