I leveraged my skills in Google Workspace, Google Analytics, Microsoft Exchange, and other cloud-based technologies to optimize the performance, security, and scalability of the communication systems. Additionally, I have a strong background in mass communications, as well as fluency in English, Amharic, and Spanish, which enables me to offer technical and foreign language translations in script, audio, and digital formats.
