Adit is a Senior Agile Product Manager with expertise in launching commercial lending products to market. Presently employed as a SVP within the Product realm at M&T Bank, Adit is responsible for leading the initiatives to digitize the CRE ecosystem by bringing the underwriting, approval, and portfolio monitoring workflow on platform, yielding automation and operational efficiencies. Past Product accomplishments for Adit include launching an industry first, fully automated dual risk rating platform at Cync Software, calculating both Probability of Default, and Loss Given Default scorecards simultaneously on behalf of lenders. Adit successfully created, tested and delivered the risk rating module to market in 13 months. Previously, Adit has led underwriting for both CRE and C&I loan types. Over 15 years of professional experience including commercial real estate finance (modeling discounted cash flows, sensitivity analysis', CMBS securitizations), C&I underwriting, risk rating methodologies, portfolio level credit analysis, and a lengthy track record of leading teams to success.
