- I was responsible to drive performance management and compensation related initiatives by coaching managers on the company defined processes for respective departments.- I was part of devising and effectuating coherent HR strategies for a workforce of 500+. Consulted with line management, providing HR guidance and coaching when appropriate. Ensuring HR standards are in place reflecting the HR policies, procedures and the organisation culture allowing high employee productivity.- As a certified internal trainer, I got the opportunity to facilitate more than 15 training sessions to employees on various topics related to soft skills like conflict resolution, emotional resilience, assertive communication etc.- I also got an opportunity to execute an industrial relations role in the plant handling 450+ hourly employees. I handled and resolved employee concerns, executed disciplinary procedures, facilitated necessary HR roles and responsibilities from hiring to separation/termination.- As one of my last projects I was involved in the execution of an Organisation downsizing. I was involved in strategizing the execution of the layoff plan to impacted employees. Managed employee queries related to separation, severance package and benefits. Successfully executed smooth employee exits and more than 100 employee redeployments to different roles within the organization.

This was one of my first stints in HR, wherein I worked with Hardcastle Restaurants Pvt Ltd as an HR intern giving me an opportunity to have a hands-on experience on the major HR practices in Compensation and Benefits, Employee engagement and Training & development followed in the company and in the Quick Service Restaurant industry.I was involved in formulating a comparative study on the HR practices followed by different players in the Quick Service Restaurant industry and recommend any changes for Mc Donald's.
