As a lifelong learner, I am always looking to understand the many innovative aspects of the retail industry and feel grateful to be a part of that industry to help customers resolve their roadblocks to total customer satisfaction.I am currently a Customer Success Specialist with experience in outbound calling into small-market business accounts as well as enterprise-level accounts. I started my career in sales with an internship with NCR (now NCR Voyix) as a Sales Specialist intern. In my time there, I learned CRM management, outbound strategic communications, RFPs, and strategic account planning. I was then hired back to do that full-time! With six months under my belt, starting in an Enterprise SDR role, I shifted over to being an eCommerce specialist for Freshop, and now before my first year with Voyix have assumed the role of Customer Success Specialist. During the time between my internship and starting as a full-time employee, I worked three different internships. I was a social media student assistant with WomenLead, a marketing and sales intern with Gsquared, and a marketing intern with Grady Health Systems. My time in each of these roles taught me so much about strategic communication and has provided me insight into how a marketing and sales teams work in tandem to communicate our brand to our customers. I am always looking for a different angle on what do and do not know so that I can understand this vast industry better. I am always looking for an opportunity to do so.
