Responsibilities:◾ Responsible for directing and managing the overall functional aspects such as business development ,commercial proposals, contract management, procurement, and final invoicing for GPM.◾ Draft and formulate contracts as per project requirements, accepted payment terms and company policies.◾ Responsible for the kick-off meetings and oversee the contract implementation.◾ Formulate and approve the logistics and quality plan, approve documentation in compliance to Incoterms, material standards such as ASME, ASTM, API, Banking compliances.◾ Examine RFQ, material requisition, purchase orders, invoices, customs documentation and technical data.◾ Review and accept contracts and ensure compliance to corporate policies and procedures, Incoterms and Letters of Credit.◾ Review & approve invoices from suppliers, variation orders and ensure ongoing supplier involvement.◾ Coordinate and expedite with the vendors to ensure purchase orders are placed, material is expedited, and collected on time.◾ Ensure that quality control, shipment, and logistics related factors have proper documentation in line with the contracts.◾Resolve issues related to contracts and coordinate with external and internal relevant parties◾Provide the Managing Director and Finance with clear visibility of the status of orders through reports and daily engagement meetings.◾ Ensure adequate documentation and coordinate with banks based on payment instruments such as Letters of Credit and Post-Dated Cheques.◾ Perform due diligence on Suppliers, Clients, and orders to ensure that payments and orders are secure based on country specific and global requirements.◾ Contract implementation with vendors and clients in U.S.A, U.K, Europe, India, China and South Korea.

◾Prepared purchase orders and vendor lists in accordance with contractual and technical requirements.◾ Negotiated contracts with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers.◾ Verify purchase process from order to invoicing and delivery.◾ Coordinated with project managers, consultants, customers and EPC contractors and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery.◾ Experienced in technical qualifications, business knowledge, and cultural awareness of geo-political conditions.◾ Reviewed contracts, approved procurement plans and ensured full documentation of all orders.◾ Established strong relationships with clients and suppliers that have earned repeated engagements and lowered procurement costs.◾ Successfully negotiated tough, complex contracts.◾ On-shore and off-shore applications.◾ Vendor management and contract negotiations.◾ Bid evaluations on complex, high dollar value purchase orders.◾ Quality control and process improvements.◾ Built Customer relations and account management with technical know-how of the Projects
