Hi! I am a junior at the University of Texas at Dallas where I'm pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. My expected graduation date is in May of 2026.Since middle school, I've had a knack for leading a team or managing efficiently. I've had experience volunteering at the 2016 International Day of Yoga and at the Lake Travis Tennis Camp during the summer of junior year at high school. At the International Day of Yoga, I learned to listen clearly to the elders as they asked questions that I wasn't initially prepared to answer or questions that weren't ordinary. The Tennis Camp was very different. I had to handle kids with a bunch of energy, and my approach had to change. As time went on, I adapted to this and understood that different people require different ways of communicating and guidance. The most important attribute I learned from both of these experiences was the ability to communicate with a variety of different people, some being older adults, and others being young kids. Volunteering for these things has really increased my confidence and communication skills which I believe are very important to have in your toolbox to have any chance of success in the business world. During high school, I was on the Varsity Tennis Team, and believe it or not it helped me develop many skills such as leadership, teamwork, and strategic thinking. Being a Leader and Co-Captain of the Team helped me realize how I can lead people to success and I understood how to manage and motivate my team to success. I know at this moment, I haven't been exposed to enough information or had the chance to experience everything I need to be successful in Business, but with these foundations in place, I think I can achieve it!
