By analyzing key metrics and trends in the provided medical dataset, the project aims to optimize stock levels, reduce costs, and improve patient care through data-driven decision-making.The project methodology includes data preprocessing, modeling, and visualization techniques to derive actionable insights from the dataset. Important columns such as Sale, Specialisation, Dept, Dateofbill, Quantity, ReturnQuantity, Final_Cost, Final_Sales, Formulation, and DrugName are analyzed to understand bounce rates, return frequencies, inventory management, and profitability of medical items. By examining these columns, the project aims to optimize stock levels, reduce returns, and enhance operational efficiency.Key components of the project involve creating visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to communicate findings effectively, developing a narrative to present analysis results to stakeholders, preparing a comprehensive report summarizing the analysis process and recommendations, and documenting the project methodology, code, and insights for future reference.
