Adithya is a results-driven Software Engineer with a strong background in Python and C++.He has most recently worked for 314e Corporation as a backend engineer, where he was a key member in the development of a new and complex ATS-CRM product, contributing to the implementation of several key features thereby enhancing the product's functionality. He has written multiple REST and GraphQL APIs through which he has helped improve the functionality and performance of several existing features in addition to introducing new features, thereby improving user experience and recruiter productivity. Adithya also served as a Data Analyst intern at Rakuten, India, collaborating closely with the 'Rakuten Pay' team.
