• As a Project Manager, I am responsible for developing detailed project plans and managing processes like project planning, progress tracking, monitoring the change control process, testing, evaluating documentation, training, and on-time delivery throughout the project lifecycle. • Responsible for ensuring the quality of delivered software systems and client satisfaction of technical projects by ensuring projects implement and adhere to guidelines and policies set by Cerner Healthcare. • Managing specific projects/programs that have a tightly controlled timeline with distinct beginning and end. Responsible for coordinating the work cross-functionally as defined by project requirements, performing feasibility and impact assessments. • Utilize technical knowledge to monitor and report project and/or team performance against business unit goals and objectives. • Completing tasks within the assigned roles for projects as needed. Managing Agile teams comprising of software architects, software engineers, solution designers and test automation engineers to design, develop, implement and operate information systems while providing timely and ongoing communication to appropriate stakeholders. • Meeting with Strategists and Solution Designers to discuss the system/software requirements, specifications and value proposition(cost of not investing) of the information systems and electronic data processing systems being developed.• Identifying and leading process improvement opportunities on the team.• Manage the capitalization, budget, and financial aspects of a project during computer/information systems development and operations. • Seek continuous improvement in processes implementation, procedures and outcomes of computer systems.• Plan risk management and maintain risk register after a risk analysis. Also, ensure risks and issues are addressed and closed.• Establish project delivery/release plan-based release calendar and track progress & milestones.

As a Sr Test Analyst my responsibilities were as below – • Developing and documenting manual, automated and exploratory test plans, using a risk based testing complex. A Senior Test Analyst is expected to log, track, and troubleshoot and escalate issues identified during testing cycles. • Following testing standards and policies defined by Cerner while developing scripts and test plans.• Installing and preparing the environment to be tested by configuring operating system software and Cerner proprietary software to ensure end to end testing of workflows.• Creating traceability matrices with requirements mapped to their corresponding physical specifications and functionality.• Execution of manual, exploratory and automated test scripts. • Maintaining testing evidence for each test as proof of validation and evaluate testing effectiveness on client-reported defects in conjunction with root cause analysis and provide improvement feedback in the testing process.• Being responsible for Installing/configuring software systems. Also creating and maintaining test data, automating test cases in our test automation framework as well as augmenting the framework to evolve with the products under which it is used to test. • Maintaining and assisting in development of the test automation architecture and frameworks, ensure scalability of automation and Continuous Integration across the solution, and document test execution issues and deliverables, troubleshoot testing scenarios and domain issues.• Developing and implementing software and Cerner information system testing policies, procedures and scripts.• Mentoring new Solution designers, Test Analysts and Software Engineers and provide knowledge transfers on functionality of the ICU solution.
