I hold certifications in ServiceNow Application Development, System Administration, ITSM, ITBM, Vulnerability Response (VR), and Cloud Configuration (CC) Implementation. My expertise includes delivering medium to large-scale ServiceNow implementations with a focus on ITIL process implementation and ITSM/ITBM modules. I am proficient in Agile methodologies and have hands-on experience with various ServiceNow versions, including Madrid, New York, Orlando, Paris, and Quebec. My skills extend to HRSD modules, UNIX/Linux server management, IT Help Desk services, and the ITIL framework.
