Graduating with a degree in Computer Engineering from SASTRA University in Thanjavur, India, I embarked on my professional journey in the IT services industry. Initially, I worked in a Mumbai-based call center before joining TCS, where I specialized in software testing. Motivated by a strong sense of national-service, I attempted to join the army during my third year of university and navy again in 2012.Unable to gain entry, I transitioned to Accenture, where I continued in software testing until 2014. My career soon evolved as I was presented with the opportunity to explore the world of consulting where I collaborated with Accenture's Top minds to help clients across the APAC, Europe, and the US regions. In 2017, I was privileged to be nominated for a special program with IIM C, a distinction awarded to only the top 1% of the workforce.Subsequently, I advanced to corporate functions, focusing on offering development and honing process excellence as my core T-shaped skill. I played a pivotal role in sales and delivery operations centered around process excellence. With close to 15 years of experience in the IT services industry, I currently serve as a Senior Manager at Accenture and hold the role of a solution architect, leveraging my technical, consulting, and process-driven expertise to deliver impactful solutions.
