• Have worked in the Learning & Development team of Amazon Operations, team contribution was mainly for innovations to simplify the work of operation team to handle the everyday volumes.
• For on-boarding of new joiners a new feedback mechanism was built to improve the trainings/content which were provided, enabling us to find the issues big or small and to correct them.
• The mechanism helped us in attaining >90 % positive experience, nearly 40% of the time reduced for completing the trainings, also helped us to improve the online based training content and Warehouses could achieve >97.
• The second project was for developing a macro tool which would simplify the time and manual effort required for making and printing the visual which are necessary to identify different areas in a warehouse.
• Tool was designed in excel with an interface linked with backend macro coding (VBA script), the interface was made with different formats required, with the help of this tool the ground team could print up to 100.
