*To maintain 100% uptime of Gantries, ASRS and Conveyors in process automation after Tyre building to Final Finish to warehouse.*Closely monitoring MTTR, MTBF and OEE*Day to Day work allocation and assessment to subordinates, *Ensuring and Implementing preventive maintenance activities in all equipments.*Ensuring team regular activities and helping them to improve their skills *Ensure minimal spares with optimal budget to ensure maximum equipment uptime.*Optimum utilisation of 5Ms to get maximum results for the targets given by higher management.

- Day-to-day maintenance of the Tyre material preparation machinery.- Problem identification and timely implementation of corrective action.- Conduct Root Cause Analysis of machine down-time and implementation of preventive measures.- Implementation of modifications in the machines for improving safety, productivity, quality, and automation level.- Implementation of Reliability Centered Maintenance in different Machines.- Identification and timely procurement of critical spares.- Worked on a team for the stabilization of the machinery and improvement of its utilization.- Manpower management (Group of 10).
