Responsible for sourcing Job description/Candidates according to the customer (client) needs skills through internal databases, group referrals, job portals like Dice.coum, Job diva,Linked in.• Sourcing the resumes from different job portals, according to the requirements using Portals like Dice, job diva,Tech fitch , Linkedin, Google etc.• Worked on different positions like Contract positions, permanent positions• Interviewing the candidates in terms of Technical, Communication, Stability, etc. Worked on different tax terms such as W2, Corp to Corp• Negotiating pay rate or salary with the candidates• Conducting Preliminary screening with the candidates & scheduling them for interviews.
