Duties and Responsibilities:• Planning and work execution as per client requirement.• Daily work schedule preparation.• Daily accomplishment reporting.• Measurement sheet preparation and client certification.• Electrical Inspectorate inspection coordination and its sanction.Areas of Work:• 2nos.500kVA Kirloskar Green Silent DG Commissioning including Termination Endbox works, Power cable and control cable works, DGCP installation, Neural CT and Energy meter connections.• SSB installation, MCCB and RCBO connection, Earthing.• IP66 type 63A/32A/16A 3phase and 1phase Industrial socket installation.• 3.5Cx400/240/185/95/70/50/35 and 4Cx25/16/10 sqmm AL XLPE/AYFY cable laying and its termination works.• Sintex type and Metal Type Enclosure box installation including FP and 2P isolator mounting.• 600/450/300/200mm perforated cable tray and 200/150mm GI raceway works.• Fabricated tray works using MS Angle 35x35x6mm, 40x40x6mm and MS flat 25x6mm.• Earthing works using GI strip 32x6, 25x3mm and 10SWG Cu wire, Earth bus for DB earth connection.• PVC conduiting 20/25/32mm and wiring works for 1.5/2.5/4/6/10/16 sqmm Cu FRLSH wires.• RCCB 40A FP 100mA, RCBO FP 100mA, FP isolator 40A, 2P isolator 25A, SP MCB 10/16A, TP MCB 16A/20A.• Light installation, Track for Spot light, Trunking type Track for tube light, Down Light, Hanging light, Chandlier lights.• VTPN DB (MCCB and RCBO incomer type), HPPI and VPPI DBs, SPN DB installation works.Ongoing project: Nesto Hypermarket, Kottakkal.

• Panel erection and coupling.• VDB, PPI DB, DB Trunking.• GI raceway, Ladder tray, MS fabricated tray.• Tack and Down light fitting works inside Hypermarket area.• Cable Glanding and termination.• Smoke Extraction fan, AHU, Fire pump, Domestic pump connection.• Landscape cable laying for Single and Double Arm Pole, Bollard and Shrub lights.Major project: Lulu Mall, Calicut.

• Preparing shop drawings, layout drawings and detailed schematic single line drawings for the Electrical Installation using Auto CAD.• Responsible for fault level calculation and voltage drop calculation.• Cable size calculation and Cable scheduling and its route.• Power and Lighting Circuit design.• Panel Board and Bus Bar design.• Technical Documentation.Major Projects: Mtower, Kozhikode, Kerala – 2 Nos 500 KVA Transformer and 3 Nos. of 250 KVA DG installation with synchronisation, RMU and LBS. Sabha Centre, Kozhikode, Kerala – 250 KVA and 315 KVA Transformer, LBS. Telcon Convention Centre, Thrissur, Kerala – 630 KVA Transformer and LBS.

• Spearheaded projects of Saudi Electricity company and Saudi Aramco.• All 13.8 KV/33 KV Power distribution works, RMU, Unit Transformers up to 1MVA, HT & LT UG Cables, Pole Erection, Stringing and Shutdown works.• Cathodic Protection, Rectifier, Anode Installation works for Oil and Gas wells.
