• Responsible for recruiting IT candidates of all levels for various technical positions ranging from Cloud Computing, Engineering, Therapeutics, Pharma and Software Development.• Analyzing fast moving requirements and submitting qualified resources and build a pipeline of potential consultants• Review and evaluate resumes based on the requirement. • Negotiating rate’s with consultants and employers to fit within the clients rate cap.• Successfully placed consultants in various industries like Banking, Insurance, Pharmaceutical, State & Federal and Retail spaces.• Developed relationships with Clients Engagement managers. Work with VMS portals for submissions.• Generating new requirements and client leads for our consultants.• Maintain long-term relationship with the Clients and Vendors. Screened incoming resumes, scheduling prescreening interviews and performed reference checks to ensure candidate is vetted.• Successfully recruit and close candidates for consulting roles and direct placement opportunities.• Work with consultants and candidates to develop effective resumes as per client formatting needs. Interview candidates prior to resume submittal• Completely prep (prepare) the candidate prior to client interviews ensuring they understand the requirement and critical points they have to focus to achieve successful conversion• Negotiate salaries and hourly pay rates, as well as determined client bill rates based on established matrix and criteria.
