I spearheaded the end-to-end candidate screening process, including resume evaluation, pre-qualification against job criteria, and presenting top talent to hiring managers. Additionally, I orchestrated interview schedules, ensuring seamless coordination across time zones, and maintained consistent engagement with candidates by providing regular updates on their application status. I also managed accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure efficient recruitment operations. By collecting and analyzing feedback from candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers, I contributed to the continuous improvement of our recruitment process, while proactively ensuring timely submission of interviewer feedback and updating ATS records accordingly.

I spearheaded the conceptualization, design, and implementation of Pixel, a photography blog website, while at Varcons Technologies. Leading a team of four interns, I orchestrated the development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, resulting in successful pitches to multiple potential clients. To enhance user experience, I engineered a high-performance Flask API, achieving a swift 100ms response time. This optimization not only improved user satisfaction but also facilitated efficient storage of user sessions, photos, and sign-in details. Additionally, I presented a well-received technical proposal for the website design to the engineering team. Throughout the project, I diligently developed, tested, and debugged various UI features and components, contributing to the overall success of the venture.
