◙ Managing and Making complete manpower planning for human resource requirement process by consulting with heads of departments of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews.◙ Negotiating and discussing the offer to the selected candidates, follow up with the offered candidates to ensure they join.◙ Arranging and reviewing job analysis, job descriptions and human specifications, interacting with manpower consultants, placement officer of colleges, by using various jobs portals, and by interacting with references and with existing employees etc.◙ Managing the Post recruitment process (Preparing selection note, appointment letter, Joining Formalities etc).◙ Scrutinize the database for the suitable candidates. Searching the relevant candidates from the prime job portals (Like Naukri), Mass mail, which matches the requirement criteria.◙ Complete Maintenance of Master Database, which includes all Attendance Records, Personnel files and all other essential records, which includes Joining Formalities, Induction Training to new employees, Maintain personnel records which includes details of Performance Appraisal for Increment & Promotion.◙ Conduct meeting with seniors & sub-ordinates at regular intervals as per requirements or situation demands.◙ By establishing an effective communication, coordinating work, questionnaires, providing works information, dealing with people issues, queries, responding to complaints and resolving concerns in a positive manner and ensure tenant satisfaction
