- Participates in the training and development of all OMNI Associates.- Completes Back Office Setup including Review of Future Grocery Order Summary; Grocery Order Daily Pickup Report; Confirmation of Daily Orders, Identification of Payment Exceptions, Identification of Picks, Determination of workload by commodity; Assignation of CFAs, Fills in Staging Whiteboards; Setting up of Handhelds/Printers for CFAs.- Check email and AMP+ for Action Items.- Completes daily picks, where necessary. Completes tasks of post-pick activities, such as clearing and setting Service Stations, Tote Cleaning, maintaining e-commerce cleaning standards, and ensuring the Back Office is NCO and ready for the next day. I would like to let you know that the level of cleanliness this role is responsible for is similar to that of a fresh associate.- Leads by example greeting all customers politely and friendly and assisting by promoting products/services, locating merchandise, and making purchase decisions.

-Handling billing and responsibilities of the cash counters -I also handle self-checkouts and help the customers whenever needed.-Help in marketing and selling Walmart MasterCard.

This job includes picking items as per the orders of customers, staging orders with proper numbering and sometimes I help with dispensing the orders to the customers when needed.• I have started leading the team as I am one of the experienced associates of Walmart. I lead the Online grocery service department in the absence of the Department manager and sometimes with the manager too.

This was an internship that I got from the university in my last semester of the course.• I learned Bank reconciliation on SAGE, preparing tax files, making Excel spreadsheets to enter the income and expenses of the clients etc.• I also handled reception desk work.
