Dialogue Project Delegate Exploring The Future Of Hospitals In GermanyWorld Business Dialogue Dec 2017 - Mar 2018Cologne, Nordrhein-Westfalen, DeThe diverse team spanning different educational backgrounds as well as cultural backgrounds worked together over a span of 12 weeks to come up with a next gen solution for the future of hospitals in Germany. With my background in user experience, I was able to actively contribute by understanding the problem space and analyzing the end-to-end patient experience. Over as many weeks, we brainstormed, did literature reviews, received feedback and went back to the drawing board, did a survey and eventually came up with a design solution that spans the entire patient journey - what we believe would take the patient experience to the next level. We concluded that the journey of the patient actually begins way before they even get to the hospital and that in itself is a big opportunity as well. -
