• Worked on database as well as ATS such as- Bullhorn, CATS, CBIZ, Jobdiva.
• Hands on experience on working on both IT and Non IT Requirements.

• Handling the complete Recruitment Life Cycle, Sourcing/Screening, Short-listing Profiles, processing CV's, scheduling, Candidates Tracking, Follow-up, Updating / maintaining Internal Database etc.
• Managing the interview coordination between the candidate and Business Units.
• Preparing and sending offer letter and responsible for Onboarding, Background verification, facilitating documentation of employees and providing induction to new joiners.
• Responsible for maintaining all employees related documents on internal Employee portal/Tool maintain employee database, personal records & following up for the Leave applications with the Employees.
