Developed a Project on House Price Predection System using MLAI which is real time application.Buying a house is a stressful thing. Buyers are generally not aware of factors that influence the house prices. Many problems are faced during buying a house. Hence real estate agents are trusted with the communication between buyers & sellers as well as laying down a legal contract for the transfer. This just creates a middle man & increases the cost of houses. Buyers believe that buying a house is depend on the square foot area, neighborhood, the number of bedrooms. But it depends upon many factors such as number of story’s, area outside the house, rooms on one floor, etc. Our project is machine learning website, based on certain specifications of your future home it will try to guess the most accurate price. Suppose you have a house & you want to sell it. Through House Price Prediction project, you can predict the price from previous sell history. We make this prediction using Machine learning. It provides information such as BHK, balcony, location, bathrooms, area etc.Technologies Used: HTML, CSS, JS, PYTHON, ML, AI, BOOTSTRAP.

Developed a Project on Blood Bank Management System using Web Development which is real time application.This project is aimed to developing an online Blood Donation Information. The entire project has been developed keeping in view of the distributed client server computing technology, in mind. The Blood Donation Agent is to create an e-Information about the donor and organization that are related to donating the blood. Through this application any person who is interested in donating the blood can register himself in the same way if any organization wants to register itself with this site that can also register. Moreover if any general consumer wants to make request blood online he can also take the help of this site. Admin is the main authority who can do addition, deletion, and modification if required.Technologies Used: HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, MY-SQL
