Supported the team in carrying out the end to end process of appraisal cycle.- Preparation of the Organization chart - Handling Exit process involving exit interviews.- Full and Final Settlement :o Processing Full and Final Settlement .o Responsible for reliving letter, experience letter & FNF recovery reminder letters.
