Roles and Responsibilities:• Design and execute Commercial Analysis-Market Sizing, Market Driver Analysis, Business Model Analyses, Competitive Benchmarking, etc.• Formulating the Strategic Analysis Models by performing various analyses including SWOT, Porter’s Five Forces (Competition & Environmental), Capabilities Analyses, Competitive Life-Cycle Analyses, etc.• End to end project management starting from defining client requirements, resource optimization, project planning, defining deliverables till final submission.
