• Review and process invoices along with providing the resolutions

• Performed daily reconciliation of accounts for Bharat Bill Payment Services and Baroda Connect.
• Worked independently with various aggregators such as Billdesk, Atom, and One97.
• Created standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all account reconciliations.
• Directly communicated with clients to reconcile accounts and resolve open items.

• Understanding Net Banking process of Bank of Baroda & reconciliation process of Baroda Connect.

• Maintain a regional daily MIS tracker.
• The daily enrolment figures have to take from respective branches so as to ascertain the authenticity of data as per the finance team.
• Update the data to regional manager by mail on daily basis and maintaining the TAT
• Cross checking of the collected data.
• Maintained Centre Meeting Report register and tracker as per requirement.
• Escalation matrix: Escalate time to time senior officials related to performances of concerned departments.
