Presently, personally I am the Recruitment Executive and my job responsibilities are:-1. Day to Day correspondence with the client, candidates, branch offices & head office.2. Coordination with the branch offices and the candidates for interviews to be conducted at branch offices.3. Day to Day short listing of CV’s being received by us in response to the Mass mailing done by us 4. Preparing reports to be sent to the client as well as the head office for day to day activities.Coordinating interviews for various clients for their interview campaign to be conducted at the office.Confirmation of availability of candidates from all over India vide e-mails, telephones, telegrams etc.
