About Aditi Deshpande, Phd

I have 13 years of drug development experience leading pipeline products in start-ups as well as large biotech companies at various stages of development. I have successfully transitioned multiple early early stage programs in oncology, immunology, nephrology and rare disease space from pre-clinical to IND enabling phase. I have managed scientists both in industry and academia. My industrial career has spanned across a variety of biologic modalities, like monoclonal antibodies, recombinant proteins, enzymes adjuvanted protein sub-unit, mRNA and viral vector vaccines. I have demonstrated skills to effectively communicate scientific data to key stakeholders through executive, corporate strategy and board meetings.
