As a learning and development professional and a master's student in human resources management and services, I am passionate about enhancing the skills and performance of employees and organizations in the hospitality industry. I have a bachelor's degree in hospitality administration and management from DY Patil University and multiple certifications in customer service, sales, food safety, and concierge. As a former Learning and Development Associate at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, I led the orientation, training, and appraisal of employees and industrial trainees, using the learning management system to create and evaluate new courses. I also planned and coordinated various upscaling programs for different levels of staff, such as the Certified Departmental Trainer, Supervisory Development Program, Executive Development Program, and Managerial Development Program. I have four months of experience as a Front Office Associate and seven months of experience as an Industrial Trainee at The St. Regis Mumbai, where I applied my front office housekeeping, and food safety skills to deliver exceptional guest service and satisfaction. My goal is to develop into a focused operational leader who has a "Just Fix It" attitude and offers the commitment, vigour, inspiration, and excitement needed for success.
