I am an entrepreneur and advisor, who believes in the power of social impact to bring about systemic change.I co-founded Unlock Impact, a gender-smart firm that helps purpose-driven enterprises succeed. We work in South and Southeast Asia to catalyse sustainable solutions through business advisory, impact investing and communications & marketing. Our flagship vertical is Comms Ninja, which helps growing organisations connect with their audiences and tell impactful stories - over 30% of these are focused on climate solutions and over 40% on DEI. This model has been designed to keep women in the workforce by offering flexible, virtual work with purpose to people who seek it. (https://unlockimpact.com/comms-ninja/). Nearly 30% of our workforce is from smaller towns in India and all the women see a 40% increase in their income over 2-3 years. I have also co-founded Nushu Network, a network with over 800 members that brings community, coaching and capital to startup women entrepreneurs in Asia, so that they can succeed on their own terms. (https://www.nushunetwork.asia/) I have been a business advisor with Stanford Seed, a mentor with Stanford Seed Spark, SHEROES and Villgro Philippines.
