I have worked for around 9 months as a Company Secretary Trainee in an Practicing Company Secretary Firm in Indore, gaining exposure regarding:- Incorporation of Company; Preparation of Search Report; Annual Filing of the Company (director’s report, MGT-9, MGT-8, etc.); Annual Report of the Company; Appointment and Resignation of the Director; Appointment and Resignation of the Auditor; Alteration of Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company; Alteration of authorized/paid up capital of the Company; Transfer and Transmission of shares; Compliance related to MSME; Compliance related to LLP; Shifting of registered office of the Company; Change of name of the Company; Preparation and filing various forms with MCA under Companies Act, 2013 (MGT-14, SH-7, AOC-4, MGT-7, MGT-7A, PAS-3, INC-22, CHG-1, CHG-4, DIR-12, ADT-1, ADT-3,SH-4, INC-20A, DIR-3, DIR-3 KYC, DIR-3 KYC WEB, DIR-6, DPT-3, INC-28, INC-23,GNL-1, MSME-1, LLP-4, LLP-8, LLP-11); Preparation of minutes of various types of meetings; Maintenance of Statutory Register of the Company; Registration and Satisfaction of Charge; Right Issue of Private Limited Company; Compounding of an offence with Regional Director; Other Compliances related to Companies Act ,2013.
