Current● Ability to monitor, moderate and engage with customer via digital platforms and voice.● Take care of customer complaints and where possible provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.● Take ownership and manage customer escalated enquiries and where possible through to resolution.● Identify existing customer value through up-sell and x-sell activities and converting inbound calls.● Identify a long- term resolution by ensuring all acknowledged issues are resolved and the customer has been retained, while balancing both the needs of the business and the customer.● Engaging high personalized consultation with customers providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right method/tools also builds customer relationships.● Building relationships with difficult and upset customers.● Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly base targets.● Responsible for developing and converting sales opportunities into sales of mobile phones, internet packages, Tablets, I Pads and other Telecom accessories & hardware by providing customer technical knowledge and other benefits
