Earned trust as a section head in one of Jasuindo Group's subsidiaries where PT SIGN is involved in the electronic certification provider (PSrE).- Manage, develop and train a team consisting of various roles such as SysAdmin, DevSecOps, and IAM.- Perform system monitoring, maintenance, analysis, recommendations, and implementation (including system performance, capacity planning, system expansion, problem management, system security).- Identify, evaluate, and implement tools and technologies to drive automation and optimization of version control, configuration management, and CI/CD processes.- Work closely with development teams to understand requirements, propose changes, and ensure alignment to drive continuous improvement, automate SCM and CI/CD processes.- Development and monitoring of IAM program compliance with policies, procedures, and user requirements.- Ensure that our technology operations comply with relevant regulations and standards, including data privacy and security requirements.- Ensure that technical documentation is properly written and updated by maintaining all necessary technical records.- Establish a Disaster Recovery (DR) site or backup site to ensure system continuity and success, and replicate data from the primary data center to the DR site in the form of offline backup/restore or online replication.- Plan and oversee periodic DR exercises/tests to ensure that the DR site can function properly during a disaster.- Serves as SME for all roles in the team- Act as Data Center Operations

With a growing job description and a larger team, I was eventually trusted as a System Administrator Supervisor, and this is what I did:- Implementing an Operating System that can support FIPS by using Ubuntu Pro Server, and reducing operational costs by 30 million rupiah/year.- Implementation of Operating System migration from CentOS 7 to RHEL 9, Alma Linux 9, Rocky Linux 9, and this can reduce costs by 90.7% around 200 million rupiah/year.- Implementing Identity Access Management and MFA across multiple Operating Systems using Teleport, can save costs of 400 million rupiah/year and improve visibility of existing OS/VM access.- Create and implement Work Instructions for Hardening in Windows Enterprise, Linux Alma, Rocky Linux and RHEL on CIS Metrics Server Level 2.- Design and virtualize servers and networks with ESXi, VCenter and Nutanix.- Manage confidential and sensitive data using Vault. - Act as SME for Troubleshooting that related with operating system especilly Unix Based OS.- Act as SME for Key Generation Ceremony Process especially in HSM, Operating System related things.- Act as Data Center Operation with the responsibility of identifying, monitoring, and maintaining servers, networks, access control, CCTV, temperature sensors, motion sensors in the data center.- Act as HSM Administrator responsible for managing, operating and maintaining HSM. HSM is a Cryptographic Module with High Security Level Control, HSM Administrator is the role responsible for operating the crypto keys in HSM.- Initiate, maintain and Planning Docker/Container implementation in Microservices product.- Create automation for Backup Database and Resource in Production environment.- Organize plans, divide tasks and timelines according to the team's ability to achieve common targets.- Provide orientation to new employees on how to manage servers and networks.- Advise and Coach Junior Engineer about daily operations.

After the system in Key Manager began to settle, the position was delegated to two different roles namely HSM Administrator and CA Administrator, with me still backing up if there were problems in both roles, and then I was entrusted to move to the Maintenance Entity position with the following job description:- Responsible for installing, configuring, upgrading, monitoring, maintaining, backing up, and restoring network devices (Fotinet Firewall, Cisco Router and Switch, Mikrotik Router, H3C Switch).- Responsible for installing, configuring, upgrading, monitoring, maintaining, backing up, and restoring server devices (HPE, Dell, Nutanix, VCenter, ESXi, Windows Server, CentOS, Kali Linux)- Implement backup and replication using Veeam - Implemented Automation Vulnerability Assessment using Nessus- Reviewed VA and Penetration Test reports and provided best recommendations- Reviewed monitoring logs from security controls (SIEM, CCTV, FIM, HSM and more)- Implemented FIMs, Compliance Checks and Vulnerability Checks using Wazuh, to increase visibility from 50% to 100% for all server activity and server-side vulnerabilities in DC and DRC.- Create and implement step-by-step Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) processes
