• Creation and management of Sales Orders, Credit Orders and Credit Notes in JD Edwards • Making sure all Sales Orders are processed through manual entry or EDI and Credits are processed accurately • Structure and upkeep of customer pricing and programs in JD Edwards to ensure accurate customer billing• Sending out advance shipment notices through web forms which include SPS Commerce and I-Trade • Process and enter receipts for cheques received as well as overnight banking deposits• Creating and processing invoices based on jurisdictions, due to discrepancies in tax• Manage the day-to-day deduction process and damage claims for Sobeys/Safeway, Metro, Walmart, Sysco, Loblaw’s, C&S, GFS, CVS, Aldi and much more• Work meticulously with the Sales and Finance team to examine and authenticate customer deductions as necessary and to clear them asap
