Aditya successfully identified, contacted and set up meetings with more than 5 potential clients in the financial services sector. He successfully supported the senior team in writing proposals from scratch, editing or in some cases redrafting proposals for more than 15 clients. However, what set Aditya apart was his willingness to learn and action-oriented approach. While most people just focus on L&D in the first month, Aditya quickly learnt the required skills and started delivering client deliverables within the first month. Aditya has a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial ethos. During his stint here, he collaborated with multiple teams and incorporated their feedback into his work, at the same time, making sure that the deadline isn’t missed. Initially, when Aditya joined, everyone treated him like every other intern, expecting support from him but assuming that he was inexperienced to anchor things on his own. However, by the end of two months, he built trust in me and the team that he was ready to independently work on projects. It was nothing less than extraordinary to see his transformation.
