  • Full function of Accounts receivable/ Accounts Payable including coding, matching and processing and recording of the invoices using Xero accounting software.• Processing Inventory and year end stock take for several retail clients including processing stock purchase and stock sell as well as posting stock adjustment journal.• Bank transaction processing and general ledger reconciliation including the collection of bank statement, matching transaction listed on the bank statement and the accounting system, reconciling the bank accounts.• Credit card processing and general ledger reconciliation on monthly basis including the preparation of approval sheet to differentiate personal expenses with the business expenses, matching invoices with statement and filing away with reconciliation report. • Assisting in Business Activity statement (BAS) preparation Including the calculation of GST, PAYG and FBT in quarterly basis.• Updating Fixed Assets Register and posting depreciation journal including the calculation of monthly depreciation, mapping depreciation accounts with journal and posting general journal to xero and checking if xero balance matches excel. • Processing prepayment schedule in excel and Xero and matching the closing balance and update the journal in the xero accounting system. • Assisting in payroll processing on Monthly basis including precise calculation of PAYG withholding, superannuation and Leave entitlement complied with Payslips, taxation and group certificates (Payroll summary).• Updating accruals by comparing the actual and budgeted data and posting the journals to the accounting software.• Cost Centre Reporting which includes report writing and using of pivot table and V-look up formula.
