Ever since I was in middle school, I've always been passionate in new technology and innovations in science. It wasn't until high school where I discovered a passion that would lead me into the world of electrical engineering, and that was music. It may sound weird on how a passion of music would lead me into this world of engineering, but ever since discovering this passion, I've always been curious and interested in how music was created behind the scenes, through music production and the technical side of how engineers were able to create digital musical instruments and digital music programs. I came to Arizona State University to study the technical side of how music is created and how engineers develop innovations through sound engineering. With this interest, I pursued on studying electrical engineering with a concentration of signal/sound processing and I have developed skills and experience that are significant to my passion, which includes designing a real-time DSP system, where we develop on how to code using C to produce a sinusoidal wave by plotting different frequencies and generating that frequencies to produce sound. With these studies, I also learned how to compute using MATLAB to simulate and implement communication transmission, receiver, modulation and filter designs with GNURadio.
