Heading the Legal Department in the concern.Handling Land and property related Legal Issue.Drafting/ Vetting Agreements for Commercial Contracts/Bids, Agreement for sale, Affidavits, Power of Attorney, License Agreement, Lease Deed, Memorandum of Understanding, Deed of conveyance, Bank Guarantees, Consultancy Agreements etc.Registrations of the different kinds of Deeds, and other Legal documents when and which required for registration.Liasoning with Advocate and Legal Matters, Preparing Notices, reply to Legal notices, under takings, Memorandum of Understandings, Indemnity Bonds & various other Legal documents as & when required. Preparing Legal MIS Report for Board Meeting.Attends courts for litigations, Court hearing, matters, and Liasoning with various govt. authorities

Looking after the Criminal Revision Cases in High Court.To follow up with the Police Stations and to solve cases regarding the Police Complain Cases. To maintain the record and complete case files of each case pending within their region To ensure the compilation of the cases where orders have been passed or Execution Petition has been filed from court/forum. To remain in touch with Advocates on each date of hearing and obtain the detail of the court proceedings and visit the court along with the external counsel, where ever required. To ensure timely filing of the reply and other documents in court in order to ovoid any ex-parte proceedings. To coordinate with the Advocate, the concerned department and the Legal team at Legal Head Office.To coordinate with the concerned department for settlement of live/pending cases. To assist the Fraud Investigation Team in fraud related criminal prosecution. Looking after the Consumer Appeals in State Consumer Redressal Forum. Looking after the Arbitration Cases including Sec 9 and Sec 17 cases in the High Court and City Civil Court. Execution Cases and Recovery of Loss claim (WOFF) by the company from the Party in Various District Courts. Against Company Cases in the District Courts, District Consumer Forums, Police Stations, Magistrate Courts (Both Civil & Criminal). MIS preparation of the execution and against company cases & analysis. Operational Management: Managing the floor, adherence to schedule. Ownership and problem resolution Required making decisions on any matters relating to improving revenue `collection in consent with the management & customer satisfaction with regards insofar as it affects.Any other duty delegated by the legal department at corporate office from time to time. .
