As studying in University , i came up with an initiative to organise , manage , co-ordinate , several campus trips to various destinations within India and events (freshers , farewell , casual parties) , Just for extra pocket money but after few trips it became a major part .From doing it for just extra pocket money , it helped me to generate monthly income .Till date i have successfully organised and coordinated 10+ trips domestically with 300+ of university students.This helped me to gain alot of exposure , build confidence , socialisation , etc. I have learned alot of new skills like Organising Skills , Managing Skills, Leadership Skills , Marketing Skills , Building Customer Relationship , and many more.
