India is hometo 18 Million deaf people, and 98% of deaf youngsters do not pass 12th grade. The problem stemsfrom poor accessibility in education sector right from untrained teachers to unavailability ofaccessible content/ study material in Indian Sign Language.BleeTV Library is a program designed for deaf schools which provides them the right technologyplatform and accessible material to undertake effective teaching and learning process. BleeTV is adigital platform with accessible learning and information-based content in Indian Sign Language(ISL).‘BleeTV Library’ is a program where this diverse pool of content is made available to the deafstudents in schools through tablet based app.Currently running in 7 schools for the deaf in Maharashtra, BleeTV Library aims to reach a maximumof all 400+ schools for the deaf in India.'Team Blee' is a truly inclusive team with deaf team members all working passionately towards acommon goal of an inclusive and accessible world for the deaf.While working as a Project Manager my responsibilities are as follows: 1.
